Patrick brings a wealth of experience in accounting and finance to support business leaders as they navigate their next strategic opportunities. A graduate of University College Cork in Ireland, Patrick gained his CPA and audit experience at KPMG. He has since held several senior leadership roles in corporate accounting and private equity-backed firms, serving as CFO and Controller for industry leaders such as Honeywell, AerCap, and BP Castrol.

Patrick provides a global perspective, having held roles across the USA and expatriate positions in Europe. His expertise spans business planning, cash flow forecasting, and strategic action planning. He has a proven track record of overseeing business relocations, securing improved bank financing, and leading significant ERP system implementations.

Recently relocated to the Wilmington area from New Jersey with his wife, Caroline, Pat maintains strong ties to the Northeast through his son, Brian, and daughter, Lauren—both Virginia Tech graduates living in Hoboken, New Jersey. Outside of the office, he is an avid golfer and tennis player who also enjoys traveling and woodworking.
