Marissa supports the Capone & Associates team, focusing on organization, communication, and people-first operations. She holds a BA in Psychology from UNC Wilmington and has experience in team leadership, hiring, training, and operational administration.

She enjoys creating positive, efficient environments where both teams and clients feel supported.

Outside of work, Marissa enjoys running, crocheting, and time with friends, family, and her cats. She brings warmth, energy, and a collaborative spirit to everything she does.
