Sean combines his background in accounting, trust operations, and personal financial management with a degree in Data Analytics, giving him a modern, data-driven approach to strengthening business strategy. He believes data is most powerful when it empowers people, and he brings that mindset to his work at Capone & Associates.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys fitness, music, and time outdoors. He is an avid golfer, a committed pianist, and approaches every challenge with discipline and curiosity.
