Will offers more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience, bringing a thoughtful and practical approach to every engagement. A licensed CPA and graduate of Appalachian State University, he has held leadership roles in auditing, corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, and operational finance.

His background spans multiple industries, including manufacturing and pharmaceuticals, and he most recently served as CFO for the North American and European division of a global contract research organization. Will brings that same thoughtful leadership to his work with clients at Capone & Associates.

At home, Will and his wife Stacy stay busy supporting their daughter Avery’s gymnastics and their son Grant’s soccer. He also enjoys boating, golf, and the occasional tennis matches.
